Implicit Bias is a stereotype that develops in our brains through different influences and experiences, and often our instinctive feelings can overcome our rational thoughts. In the webinar, participants will learn to identify and manage implicit bias. They will consider how they see, perceive, and react to people and learn ways to intentionally modify thoughts and actions to minimize the effects of implicit bias.
Objectives:
· Explore where implicit bias comes from and how to deal with its impact
· Identify how bias is observed and discover ways to increase self-awareness
· Learn about tools to help manage the effects of implicit bias in support of organizational objectives
