The Washington legislature and administrative agencies have been hard at work implementing new and updated employment laws! This webinar is designed to help public sector labor relations and human resources professionals remain compliant with the ever-changing laws and ensure that they are appropriately implemented in their labor contracts and policies.

In this 90-minute webinar, we’ll cover recent federal and state legislative and case law, including updates in the areas of:

  • · Pregnancy-related accommodation

We’ll also cover major updates to the state’s Paid Family and Medical Leave program that are set to go into effect in 2026.
