With recent decisions coming out of the NLRB, and strong support in the Executive Branch in Washington DC to expand collective bargaining, what might we expect the impact to be on public sector collective bargaining? Join us at this informative webinar presented by Fisher Phillips attorney, Erik Laiho, as we look at the NLRB, how it differs from PERC, how these decisions may still impact public sector labor relations, and then take a shallow dive into the Presidential emphasis on expansion of collective bargaining.
