9:00am - 9:30am Registration 9:30am - 12:00pm Next Level Conversations and Fast Forums for HR/LR. Join Barb Utrup; PRADCO in an interactive conversation to discuss 360-degree evaluations for you and your team. During this conversation, attendees will discuss how to regain your leadership confidence, set expectations, communicate clearly, and delegate. Attendees will participate in small group discussions to share ideas, tips, and tricks. 12:00pm - 1:00pm Lunch, provided by OHPELRA 1:00pm - 2:30pm Roundtable Chats. Participants will choose from a variety of HR/LR table topics. Tables will change every 20 minutes and participants will leave with valuable takeaway sheets!
Topics include: Collective Bargaining, HR Department of 1, Performance Evaluations, Wellness Initiatives, Employee Recognition and Engagement; Job Descriptions, & How to be an Advocate for Increased Staffing.
