The conference features a strong lineup of sessions, including labor contract costing fundamentals, a behind‑the‑scenes look at the State of Minnesota’s bargaining process, the Persuasion Flywheel negotiation framework, a two‑part panel on Minnesota Paid Leave implementation, First Amendment and social media guidance for public employers, a legislative update, and a closing workshop on depolarizing the workplace. In‑person attendees will also enjoy networking events, including Wednesday evening at Four Daughters Vineyard & Winery.
Registration includes access to all expert‑led sessions, conference materials, meals, and networking events. Early‑bird and member rates are available, and all registration options close on July 24, 2026. Lodging blocks are available at several Rochester hotels with limited availability.
