Brandon J. Davis, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CLRP, is the Senior Manager of Human Resources for Cleveland Hopkins International Airport within the City of Cleveland's Division of Port Control. He has more than 15 years of public-sector human resources experience, with expertise in labor relations, employee relations, classification and compensation, performance management, organizational development, talent acquisition, and strategic workforce planning.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Maryville University. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and a Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP). He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Franklin University.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Brandon serves on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Public Employer Labor Relations Association (OHPELRA), supporting professional development and labor-management relations throughout Ohio's public sector.
