Alexandra Lucas is a Prosci-certified change management practitioner with a decade of experience driving adoption, alignment, and measurable results across public sector organizations. She uses the ADKAR model, emphasizing individual awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement, to help leaders reduce resistance to change and improve employee engagement. Alexandra serves as an Organizational Development Specialist in the Loudoun County Government’s Department of Human Resources.
