Social Media

Equip your team to navigate social media and emerging workplace technologies with practical guidance on benefits, risks, real-world pitfalls, and policy best practices—including AI use, privacy, access to devices, and employee speech considerations.

Investigations

This session equips HR professionals with a practical, step-by-step framework for conducting fair, timely workplace investigations to mitigate risk and support defensible disciplinary decisions. Attendees will gain best practices, legal touchpoints, and tools to navigate common hurdles and document findings effectively.

Tackling Tough Conversations

Many different types of difficult conversations need to be had in the workplace. This session will provide tips and best practices to prepare for and lead those tough situations.

Leading Like Lasso

Rarely do we turn to Hollywood for tips on how to lead within the workplace.  Ted Lasso is the rare exception.  This session will expand many of Lasso’s leadership styles to workplace leadership.
