The National Public Employer Labor Relations Association (National PELRA) is the largest public sector labor relations organization in the nation. National PELRA is a network of state and regional affiliates with over 2,100 members around the country. The National PELRA provides professional learning opportunities to many individuals who are not members. The governmental agencies represented in National PELRA employ more than four million workers in federal, state, and local government, including the educational sector. The mission of National PELRA is to provide professional support to public sector labor relations practitioners, foster communication among members, promote innovative solutions and exchange information with practical problems in public sector and to provide a voice for public sector management and labor relations professionals. The national attendance at our conferences continues to grow and rebound with pre-pandemic 500+ attendance back to 300 and growing.
