The committee has invested significant time designing a program they believe will engage the next cohort of conference attendees, while still allowing room for new session ideas not listed.

By voluntarily submitting this form, I confirm my interest in working with National PELRA for its annual conference. Submission of this form does not guarantee selection as a speaker. Unless confirmed in writing, I acknowledge that I am not relying on any real or perceived expectation of a speaking engagement or related professional services.

Speaker selections are made objectively and at the sole discretion of National PELRA and the 2027 Fort Worth Planning Committee to ensure a well rounded, high quality educational program.

Compensation, reimbursement, or other monetary considerations are not reviewed until after speaker selection. As a nonprofit organization, and unless otherwise outlined in writing through a separate agreement, speakers may receive limited reimbursement associated with their participation. Information regarding opportunities to exhibit, attend, or sponsor the conference will be provided after selection.

All submissions further acknowledge and agree to the presentation standards of the conference. Educational materials and slides must be provided to attendees and must be free of solicitation or sales content. Presentations may not require attendees to share contact information. All slides will be distributed to attendees as part of a unified conference learning experience.

Further, by completing this online form, National may take photos or videos of any and all Conference events, which make include conference speakers in the media.  By submitting for the conference, you provide your consent to be included in Conference photos and videos for future marketing materials, including materials which may be published by National, its sponsors, speakers, and exhibitors.
