This session will examine the overlap between FMLA leaves and other leaves of absence. Whether provided pursuant to state laws or bargaining agreements, the FMLA frequently overlaps with other protected leaves. We will also touch on coordination of benefits in conjunction with FMLA leaves.

Attendees will receive 1.0 SHRM Professional Development Credit.
