This session will provide a succinct primer on key considerations for administering FMLA leaves for public sector employees, with special focus on the challenging issues of managing intermittent FMLA leave within the demands of public service and the unique working conditions of public employees from firefighters to teachers. We will also touch on best practices for documenting FMLA leaves.
