Join the Virginia Public Employer Labor Relations Association (VaPELRA) for our 2026 Annual Training Conference on October 28, 2026, at the Virginia Museum of History & Culture in Richmond. This one-day event will bring together public sector HR, labor relations, and legal professionals from across Virginia to discuss emerging trends, practical strategies, and key developments affecting public employers. 

A highlight of this year’s conference will be a review and discussion of the 2026 Virginia General Assembly legislative session, including updates and insights on legislation impacting public sector labor relations and human resources. The full conference agenda will be released in the coming months, with sessions designed for both experienced practitioners and those newer to the field. 

Attendees are also invited to RSVP for an optional networking reception on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 6:00 PM, providing an opportunity to connect with colleagues and speakers ahead of the conference. 

We look forward to welcoming you to Richmond for a day of learning, collaboration, and professional connection.
